Hi you can close this case thanks. The error was due to my server set up and not the code.

Thanks for the reply

I am using SagePay Direct Payment Gateway Version 0.1.7.2

and WooCommerce Version 2.1.9

Last time I updated WooCommerce this problem occurred. Also in the process of switching servers today and will let you know if it was a problem with my previous one because I had a few problems with out going emails
