 * I’m suddenly seeing the exact same error (same files and line numbers referenced
   in the stack trace) logged by my website, specifically when I try to open Marketing\
   Coupons page in WP Admin.
 * When I run the conflict test I see that it’s the “WooCommerce Admin” plug-in
   that’s causing this issue.
 * I’ve created a [post](https://wordpress.org/support/?post_type=topic&p=14412088)
   in that plug-ins support forum about this.
 * P.S. the forum post I created is awaiting moderation so may not be immediately
   visible.

 * To be clear, the Orders report worked eventually, the original issue with the
   Revenue report still exists.

 * CORRECTION…
 * > I can recreate this issue in the Orders report with Date Range set to “Last
   > Month”.
 * …this report did eventually arrive by email, it just took a while.
 * So, to be clear, I have not been able to recreate this issue in other reports,
   based on limited testing of the Orders and Products reports with a handful of
   date ranges.

 * Hi [@mikestraw](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mikestraw/)
 * > If you edit a product, do you still see the dropdown and checkboxes next to
   > Product data?
 * Yes, for Simple products we see exactly those options when editing.
 * > Did you find anything in the WooCommerce logs?
 * We recreated the issue by requesting download of the Revenue report with Date
   Range set to “Last Month”. When we view the list of WooCommerce logs, there is
   no “fatal-errors” entry for today so presumably there was nothing to log. The
   most recently available fatal-log file from 2020-11-17 contains only errors in
   connection with a small bug we introduced in the functions.php file for our child
   theme. Reviewing the other log files that DO have an entry for today’s date…
 * webhooks-delivery-2020-11-20
    woocommerce-gateway-stripe-2020-11-20
 * …these appear to be debug logs for plug-ins and they don’t contain any entries
   around the time we recreated the issue.
 * > Also, is this happening for just the Revenue reports or is it all of them?
   > Do reports that don’t require an email work OK?
 * I can recreate this issue in the Orders report with Date Range set to “Last Month”.
   I’m unsure which reports/settings don’t require an email, but the Revenue report
   for “Today” downloads in my browser without issue.
 * If I had to guess, this feels like it’s connected to the amount of data involved
   in the report, e.g. the bigger the dataset, the more likely the report is to
   fail (but with no apparent error being logged, it’s hard to be sure).
 * > Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status?
 * Happy to share this with you privately if you can suggest how to do this?

 * Hi [@mikestraw](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mikestraw/), thanks for your
   reply…
 * > Does that WebSocket error appear in other areas of your dashboard? That may

   > it’s reaching back and being blocked.
 * Actually yes, now that you mention it I see that message does appear quite regularly
   throughout WordPress admin.
 * > Is your WooCommerce database version aligned with the WooCommerce version you
   > have installed?
 * Yes, I can confirm that both the WooCommerce version and database version are
   aligned at v4.6.2.
 * The issue persists, though perhaps not a big surprise because we didn’t change
   anything yet 🙂
 * Let me know what you think

 * We see that there IS an outbound HTTPS request on the web server to 172.217.169.68(
   a Google IP) during the delayed login, which suggests that the plug-in does indeed
   attempt to send an outbound request from the server side.
 * Assuming you agree with this assessment, is there any way to disable the outbound
   request in the plug-in, to avoid the delay?
 * Thanks again
    Gary
