I’ve got the same error. And I already setup everything to 666. I still can’t start any pages from my site.
Can you please tell me how can you
go through the configuration steps and reconfigured.
I can’t access any php pages. All pages are giving time out error.
And when I try to access wp-settings.php I got the following error:

I have try to access other pages in the same domain.
Forexample: phpinfo.php
And that works.
And I can also browse other pages from the domain.
Just the WordPress content doesn’t show up.
Do you think my host can just block my WordPress folder?
