If E-mail is important to prevent spam, instead of tied to an account forever even if one has changed it, I suggest send an E-mail verification when one changes it’s E-mail at wordpress.org/support, like Codex Wiki did. * If there is no man power to working on these hotfixes, I **suggest** make a clearer statements (e.g.: _Once registered, the E-mail is tied to the account forever( and update it wont change the fact)_) on **Sign Up** & **Sign In** & **Password Reset** & **E-mail Update** forms to prevent confusions, especially their error messages. * Theres is another issue, after I’ve changed the E-mail at wordpress.org/support, the E-mail of associated account at codex.wordpress.org won’t get updated, I have to change it again. I understand it’s hard to couple some very different systems to work together, thanks for you clarifications.
