In reply to: [WooCommerce] “Your orders report will be emailed to you” – report missing?@nishandesilva I seemed to have fixed the issue by using ‘WP Mail SMTP’ plugin. Now I receive each report without any issues. It may not be the best solution, but it works. Hope this helps.

All generated reports are the same size and just 50 rows per report. I still have not received a single email for downloading the report.

I really don’t know how this happened, but after the @stuartduff post I tried again to generate and get a report, and to my surprise it was fine. All records were present. Looks like now everything works just fine. Thanks @stuartduff for your support and prompt replies. Thanks again and stay safe.

Anyway. The report I am receiving is not complete, it’s only 50 rows, where in the admin panel I see 144 records. Why is that? Also, can you tell me where are the exported reports stored once generated?

I installed the plugin and tried to download the report. Got the message that it will be delivered by email. After almost half an hour there is nothing in the log indicating that the report was sent. Is there anything else I can do to troubleshoot this issue?
