Sorry I will explain with an example.
If I have two post each with associated files, like:
Post 1
-file1.pdf
-file1.ppt
post 2
-file2.pdf
-file2.ppt
The popup form should send an email to the subscriber with the attachments depending on the post the user subscribed to.
