I deleted all the reviews and reloaded, and you’re right- no avatars at all now. The CRM Perks menu should be a tab in Zendesk settings, which should be in the CF7 menu, or a settings page. When I click that and hit update, a notification email is sent twice. Just no redirect? Are you also trying to catch requests via FTP? I’m pretty sure that’s beyond the scope of what Redirection or WordPress can handle.
