If you can’t access it, use ftp tool and rename plugin woocommerce under wp-content/plugins/woocommerce. Simply add some character to folder name. I got email “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue”. I logged in onto website using recovery mode. Waited for 10 minutes and everyting works fine.
