Disabling PWA and clearing the browser cache within 1 hour (assuming PWA was installed within 1 hour) resolves the problem. I suspect a conflict between PWA and one or more site caches. I have multiple Cloudflare CDN, Cloudflare Worker, Docker Cache, and Super Page Cache installed. I found that the performance has improved considerably during the use together. However, the performance of the logged-in user is not particularly stable. However, I found a phenomenon that all 4.5M web pages are loaded in 0.9s, single x-wp-cf-super-cache-worker is about 2.2 seconds and wpfc is about 2.5–2.9 seconds.
