Ok solved. It was a problem with my theme that was not reloading the page
I’ve exactly the same problem.
I save options for the lightbox. Everything works well, then when i try again and refresh my page, the lightbox desappear and i’ve to save it again.
Solved. I’ve installed another plugin.
