 * Hello,
    I have resolved the issue with a complete deletion, re-installation and
   DB restore. The issue is resolved, please close this ticket and thank you for
   your time.

 * Hello,
    All of the plugins activate were and are updated. Only one deactivated
   plugin was not updated but to expedite this solution I have deleted it. Please
   advise on what you are seeing that is not updated and thank you again for your
   assistance in this matter.
