Genesis doesn’t offer any support. * That’s NOT true. If you actually paid for your theme they will definitely help you troubleshoot installation problems. * Besides that point, we couldn’t really tell you why you are getting the blank screen since you haven’t posted any error logs or anything. Why not try backing up your database, re-installing WordPress and then installing the theme?
