 * Thanks, but the log-in will not connect to do these corrections.
    admin jumps
   to ADMIN and neither username or password will connect to open site/dashboard.

 * The login details were previously set a long time ago, and they always worked
   on my computer with linux, now I have to use the laptop with microsoft… the set
   format jumps from admin to ADMIN and there is now a block… and original password
   isn’t connecting. I thought I had kept them, but it wont allow for a re-entry…
   Should I download and begin again the wordpress.org?.. to access site/dashboard?
   For some reason, after several people have looked at the site and tried to figure
   it out, it opened briefly for one update since April.. and now its locked again
   before profile could be adjusted. This is my business account, and suppose it
   will have to be closed without being able to update or access changes….
