The other restrictions should cover you anyway. * Note that “Enable for shipping methods” is not a setting from our plugin but from WooCommerce itself. It handles it like a finished order, thus no extra fees are available there. * Fortunately, we developed a workaround on this, which is going to be released in the next days.
