There might be an issue if you had like unique 15000 shipping zones, so that’s definitely not the case. * I will try to figure this out and get back to you. ( woocommerce, woocommerce smart cod) * Please try to disable all other plugins and leave only those two ( woocommerce, woocommerce smart cod ) and try again to enter the settings page.
