 * I’ve enabled TLS v1.2 on nginx (we only had v1.3), perhaps that may solve the
   issue?

 * Hmm, I’ve run an update but only got a nginx package that needed updating. I’ve
   installed that.

 * Ah that’s the MalCare plugins party trick, it’s called “WordPress Backup & Security
   Plugin – BlogVault” when it’s disabled but MalCare when it’s enabled!
 * Caused a bit of head scratching in the past. I’ve reenabled it now.
 * Do you think it is the cause? I disabled it before and it didn’t seem to make
   any difference.

 * You should have an invite on its way to you now.
 * The only security plugin we use is MalCare, feel free to (temporarily!) disable
   it for testing. I’ve already tried with it off but no dice I’m afraid.

   reply, I’m 99% sure we’re not blocking any specific user agent headers. We host
   the sites on our own servers.
 * I’ve checked the logs and can’t see anything being blocked…
