 * I am having the same problem, same parameters.
 * There are no fields showing up when Place Order is clicked. No connection to 
   Paypal is apparent, although I entered my Paypal Advance information into the
   dashboard.
 * My web developer says the software is faulty. Can this be fixed quickly?
