 * Hi Joe,
 * thanks for getting back to me. The orders have already been placed and people
   have received an order invoice. What I’d now ideally like to do is generate some
   actual tickets for them. Is this possible at all?
 * Also do your tickets give a bar code/ qr code and if so how do we scan it?
 * Many thanks,
 * Sarah.

 * Yes – but on other dates it looks like the below – there were 4 actual orders
   placed on the 19th with two duplicates. This is the log in Woo from your plugin…

 * Some customers are actually putting two orders through and paying for them because
   it looked like the first one didn’t go through. If its helpful one customer who
   this did happen to described a ‘loading failed’ screen which was faded – this
   was towards the end of the process of purchasing she thinks…

 * Thanks for your response – there are no fatal errors from that time.
 * This is what woo said:
 * This is part of your error log:
 * [value] => 0.00
   [issue] => CANNOT_BE_ZERO_OR_NEGATIVE[description] => Must be
   greater than zero. If the currency supports decimals, only two decimal place
   precision is supported.[message] => The requested action could not be performed,
   semantically incorrect, or failed business validation.[debug_id] => ca667411834a1
 * Basically, it looks like there’s an issue processing the order due to a 0 value

   But the order value was in fact £60.  It also looks like you only have the following
   payment gateway and it is the same one mentioned in the error logs:Payment Plugins
   for PayPal WooCommerce: by Payment
 * I’m not sure why it is trying to process an order for £0?

 * I’m having exactly the same issue.
 * Also if you click on the email address it opens the email in a new window (which
   is what it is supposed to do) but it doesn’t automatically take you to this page.
   Instead you stay on the page you started on which greys out and says blocked…

 * Woopie – it works! I’m hoping that this snipit might work for some other sites
   I’m having problems with in IE!
 * Thank you so much for all your help with this one!
 * Oh – just a thought – you said something about a horizontal scroll bar in IE9.
   Is this something I need to look at (please do feel free to tell me to go away–
   I am conscious I have already taken up a great deal of your time!)?

 * I had a look at the validator results but I couldn’t make head or tail of them!
   So does that mean I have html and body tags where I don’t need them?

 * hmmm – I didn’t ever find a header.php, or that is to say – I did but it just
   had a few lines in it about hooks. So I had a look around (under wp-content/themes/
   thesis/lib/html) and came across a file named frameworks.php.
 * This is where I changed the <!DOCTYPE html>. However I can’t find anything that
   seems to resemble the above. The hooks where I put the <meta http-equiv=”X-UA-
   Compatible” content=”IE=Emulate8″> is just blank and you add in your own bits
   of code – like the custom file editor.
 * Sorry – I still seem to be on a rather steep learning curve! 🙂

 * Hi – sorry. Just after my last post I deactivated all my plugins and reactivated
   everything that should be ative and am pleased to say – I am back to where I
   started (didn’t think that would make me happy – but times change).
 * So I have re tested and if I switch to WP2011 theme hey presto it works in IE8!
   So is it Thesis that is causing this issue somewhere?
 * Also I have tried deleting PUBLIC “`-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://
   www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd"` but that doesn’t seem to have made
   any difference.

 * OK – so slightly difficult to test now that it is doing something different again!
   However I have tried all of the above and they all produce the same effect –
   across all browsers – the galleries now all open but below the website page…
   at least it is being consistant I guess. 🙂
 * This new effect still happens even if I remove the new line of code from the
   header.
 * I really didn’t think I had changed anything else – I have reactivated all the
   plugins that I originally turned off…

 * Going to try this now.
 * Something slightly odd happening though…The slideshows are now playing in all
   but IE6, however they are playing at the bottom of the page – it sort of looks
   like they’ve fallen off the bottom of the website!
 * This is happening across all browsers now – any thoughts?

 * So – DOCTYPE seems to be spelled correctly when I look by viewing page source.
   At the top of the page I have
    `<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0
   Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">` Is this what
   I would change to `<!DOCTYPE html>` I’m not sure where I would change it – presumably
   in a PHP file somewhere?
 * I tried the new code – no luck i’m afraid.
 * I switched off the plugins – that didn’t seem to make any difference either.
 * If I temporarily switch themes to 2011 will I have lost anything when I return
   to Thesis or will it be as was?
 * Is there any way I can also check it in IE – 6 and 7? I’m just thinking that (
   even if it is just for a short term measure) I could put something above the
   galleries to say something along the lines of ‘unfortunately these galleries
   are not supported by Internet Explorer v.6 – 8. Please view in Firebox or Chrome’.
