 * Found the problem, very simple in the end.
    I had a duplicate file that wasn’t
   being over written that only had one table row. And was the one being included.
   Started to glue my hair back in after I pulled most of it out 😐

 * No Ive checked that and its not a problem. The fact that it does include part
   of the file is the strange bit.
    So it has the first row of the table but not
   the second. The html that it is including renders just fine in the browser and
   also is complete code wise. I have other pages made in the same way and these
   are all working correctly. Including the problem page in a page that is working
   correctly produces the same results with only the first row being displayed.
