 * Same issue for me. I am desperate ! Does anyone managed to solve the problem ??
   
   I have subscribers and they cannot confirm because they still not receive the
   confirmation email (sent with Mailpoet) (since 2 days !!).

   the possibility to choose the page you would like to modify.

 * div#gwolle-gb-total {
    display:none; }
 * **You can add this with a plugin like Simple Custom CSS.**
 * Where exactly am I supposed to hide this, please ?
