In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Uncaught Error: Class ‘WPSEO_OpenGraph_Image’ not foundFurther info for troubleshooting – this site is running on PHP version 7.2.13. If I comment out line 75 in wp-seo-main.php, the site works. Looks like if we load autoload_52.php, instead of autoload.php, things get loaded & included correctly, and we don’t have any issue trying to instantiate WPSEO_OpenGraph_Image() on line 566 of the wordpress-seo\frontend\class-opengraph.php file.

In reply to: [WordPress Book List] Can’t change name of labelsHi there,
So nearly every single bit of text used throughout WPBookList is contained now within one file – the class-wpbooklist-translations.php file, which is located at includes/classes/translations. Just keep in mind that any changes made in that file will be overwritten in future updates, but it sounds like you’re obviously aware of that!

Hi Norman,
Sorry, but I had to modify the name of the library in this way to remove any possible characters that wouldn’t work for the name of a table in mysql (behind-the-scenes stuff), such as spaces. One possible workaround would be to maybe add the name of the library with plain text on your page or post directly above where you place the shortcode, such as:
Check out this WPBookList Library – SFFANZ Reviews
[wpbooklist_shortcode]Thanks!

In reply to: [WordPress Book List] Can we change the book creation defaults?Hi there Norman,
So unfortunately, there isn’t a way to set up any defaults for when adding a new book. Not a bad idea – one that I might consider rolling into a new update in the future.
As far as the posts being created, by default they are created with a featured image, and there also ins’t a way to control that. Also, the content for a post actually comes from a template that comes with WPBookList, as opposed to the content being placed in the text editor/Gutenberg Editor itself, like a regular post – I did this to be able to provide more book details and have a more interactive layout for a book’s Page or Post.
Thanks again for using WPBookList!

In reply to: [WordPress Book List] Can we change titles of properties?Hi there Norman,
So there isn’t a way right out of the box to do this with WPBookList, but you might be able to accomplish what you’re wanting to do with the Custom Fields Extension. Check it out at https://wpbooklist.com/index.php/downloads/custom-fields-extension/.
Thanks for using WPBookList!

In reply to: [WordPress Book List] Image cover not showingHI there,
Thanks for using WPBookList!
Are you positive that you don’t have the cover image hidden on the Display Options menu page for WPBookList? It should be the ‘Book View’ tab that you should be looking at. Remember, only place a checkbox in the box if you want to HIDE that element – otherwise, leave it unchecked. Also be sure you’ve set the Display Options for the correct Library by double-checking the name of the Library in the Drop-Down box at the top of the ‘Book View’ tab.
Thanks again!

In reply to: [WordPress Book List] No category book field within 6.1.3. versionCorrect – the ‘Categories’ has been replaced with the ‘Genres’ field for various reasons – but it should function the same way, so wherever/however you were using the ‘Categories’ field, you should be able to do the same exact thing just by using the ‘Genres’ field – and yes, this applies even to the Categories Extension, if you’ve purchased that!
Thanks!

In reply to: [WordPress Book List] Book View Missing FieldsMelissa,
One thing you can try (which is a brand-new feature and maybe needs to be highlighted better) is to click the ‘Clear WPBookList Cache’ button at the top of any of the WPBookList Settings pages. This WPBookList Cache is supposed to be cleared when any setting is changed or book is edited, that sort of thing, but it’s certainly possible there’s still a bug in this system – I’m investigating!
Now about some fields just not appearing in the book popup at all – currently, not all of them are supposed to. Many of those fields are brand-new, and as such, I haven’t had time to add them into the book pop-up – I wanted to get them in there so that people can save more info for each book, and then in future updates I can use those fields to display them in the book pop-up and do other things with them – been putting out a lot of fires from the previous major update before adding new features… lot of work for one individual developer!
Thanks!
