Also please go to SilentShield > Advanced Settings > Mail Logging. Enable Mail Logging, Log sent mails and Log blocked mails. * Afterwards scroll down to Logging & Tracking and enable Detailed Tracking, Plaintext Logging and Log Api responses. * Save the settings and submit a new form. * Now you can check the “Mail Log” and the “Audit Log” for Detials why the mail has been stopped and reconfigure your settings.
