I’ve tried multiple times to use the ticket system but the recaptcha always fails despite me only adding text in the fields.

Yep, I’ve checked that one and did an export as an XLS and the products were still in any order and not organised by product name.

So how would you do it so the user can select for example,
Abuse OR diabetes from “experiment_type”
AND
Posters OR Journals from “media_type”?
Which then the filter would only show anything that fits those 4 parameters
