 * I am just starting out – so can’t comment on the product yet. But I am eager 
   to learn about the support you have received. The only avenue I can find to access
   support is to submit a ticket and then wait for a response. Which makes it a 
   bit hard if you are working on a schedule. Would love to know if there is another
   way to contact them.

 * This is so frustrating. I have tried sending messages over the past few weeks
   and nothing!
 * Matthew Muro – if you are out there – please have the decency to let users know
   you are no longer offering support. And take down your website.
 * I wish there was a way to let people know not to purchase this plugin or get 
   their website closed down – if they are just taking people’s money and not offering
   any support.

 * I am having the same issue. But I feel like even if I fix this problem – new 
   issues will arise if the plugin is no longer being supported.
 * Such a shame that the developers can’t let users know what is going on. I feel
   sorry for anyone who makes a new purchase and doesn’t get any support.
