Many thanks! * NOTE that when I went to re-install, I got a message about the latest version of the plugin not yet being tested with my version of WordPress. As I said, it seems to be working fine. But my client typically adds her own events and had not needed to do so for a while, so it may have happened earlier than that, and I simply was not aware. So the site was at WP version 5.6.3 when I was first made aware of the issue, and I updated to 5.7 as part of my trouble shooting process after first posting here. * Full disclosure, I also updated the site’s version of PHP from 7.1 to 7.3 several weeks ago, and then up to 7.4 more recently (shortly after I updated WordPress to 5.7). However, I do not think this is causing the issue, as I reverted the site back to PHP 7.1 and 7.3 just now to see if that would restore the plugin functionality, but it did not. I followed the instructions to test for confilcts but the problem persists even with no other plugins activated and with the twenty seventeen theme. There are no empty blank spaces before or after the answers, and no answers with special characters like commas or $ are being displayed in results.
