 * But why issue with the current version? Old version is working fine without any
   changes or theme change or plugin deactivate.

 * I am getting the same problem.
 * No redirection and no message in debug.
 * I think the problem is with the new update as the old version if working very
   fine without any issues.

 * AS I mentioned it was working perfectly fine 2 days before. But suddenly getting
   this type of links.
 * Also tried with other SMTP, it seems perfect with other but not working with 
   sendgrid.
