 * I have a similar issue. The form cannot be saved, and I receive the following
   error message:
 * “Unfortunately, you do not have the required permissions or user role to perform
   this action.”
 * This problem only occurs when I select:
 * **Fixed Role to All: Don’t create a user in the network’s main site**
 * If I choose, for example:
 * **Fixed Role to All: Subscriber**
 * Then the form saves without any issues.

 * Thank you for your response.
 * I understand that Breeze is designed to cache application pages and not affect
the wp-admin login page. However, the issue seems to persist specifically with
   the Breeze plugin.
 * I have now tested logging into the wp-admin on different browsers, but the slow
login issue remains the same. This problem only occurs when the Breeze plugin
is updated to the latest version and resolves when reverted to an older version.

 * Yes, the issue specifically occurs when logging into the wp-admin.
 * I attempted to update the Breeze plugin again to verify the issue, and unfortunately,
the same problem of slow login to the admin pages recurred.
