 * Thanks Brian, should I not delete these files as it suggests and just “ignore”
   instead?
 * I am expecting the same email notification tomorrow after it automatically does
   an overnight scan. So my main concern is what to do should it say the same again.
   After today my thought is to ignore it.
 * Not had an email from WF like this one in the past – at least not for more than
   2 or 3 issues which are usually for updates so easily managed.

 * I’ve spoken again with the host and they said that they had changed some things
   several months ago that may have changed things for us.
 * They have fixed a parameter within the LiteSpeed that you made mention of above.
   I sent them the link to our conversation.
 * It is all fixed and has now completed the first scan in some time. So thank you
   for your very helpful insight. 🙂

 * This issue has been going on for about a year now, so am never really sure how
   secure we are.

 * thanks, we have plenty of memory. Just did a test to update and confirm now:
   
   Current memory usage: 27.75M Setting max memory to 90M. Starting memory benchmark.
   Seeing an error after this line is not unusual. Read the error carefully to determine
   how much memory your host allows. We have requested 90 megabytes. Completing 
   test after benchmarking up to 80.25 megabytes. –Test complete.–

 * Yes we keep everything up to date, we make sure of this. One thing Wordfence 
   does great for us is locking our would be hackers trying to log in, as for some
   reason we get hundreds a week, it is not like we sell anything on line.
 * The other thing we seem have problems with is that it never seems to finish a
   scan. For example, it is currently 1:55pm 19 October and logging into WordPress
   and checking the scan progress we see the likes of the below all the time. We
   have tried adjusting settings as per documentation etc but nothing we seem to
   do fixes it.

 * Will just have to leave it and find an alternative plugin and start a fresh and
   uninstall this tinymce one.
 * We have not added any new plugins or widgets since we started using this one 
   almost 2 years ago.
 * It will be easier than risking stuffing up the site if I get it wrong.

 * Ran it for a third time, each time it seemed to get stuck and wow, it has finally
   completed a scan!

 * I Just tried rerunning the scan again and I got further this time:
    [Jul 29 12:
   34:35] Analyzed 4200 files containing 174.6 MB of data so far
 * So maybe the host has not allocated enough memory – I will disable live traffic
   and try again then call the host.
 * Yes I had originally tried correcting via the link you suggest but to no avail.
 * Appreciate all your help. 🙂 Will let you know what happens.

 * Reinstalled/reactivated leaving everything at default setting, trying to run 
   a scan but as been in the past still stuck on:
 * Scan Summary

   Activity [Jul 29 12:20:05] Analyzed 3700 files containing 153.62 MB of data so
   far
 * Doesn’t want to move past this as before, does this mean I need more enough system
   resources allocated by the host?

 * I assume I will need to talk to my hosting company re resources, they would be
   familiar I guess and maybe assist.
 * I use a company – “Crucial” here in Australia and have found their hosting excellent
   to date. So by your question re shared hosting I’m guessing this is what you 
   ask. I’m not tech. 🙁
 * Ages ago I did attempt to uninstall and reinstall but it kept all my settings
   so nothing changed. I guessing from the link you provided I need to check the
   box to remove the database totally.
 * This won’t effect anything else will it? This might prove to be a good idea to
   quickly eliminate one thing first then contact our host.

 * Thanks, I had tried to do that.
 * Unfortunately I had a company do the initial setup for our site about 18 months
   ago and have no way of logging into the Theme Fusion support.
 * I don’t know the account code or anything else, email address details to try 
   and recover password etc.
 * I was hoping that there might be someone out there that could help steer me in
   the right direction.
