 * Thanks for replying, I believe it has something to do with either a) the page
   that I am testing form submissions on being in draft status (not published) or
   b) a cookie issue, because I cleared my cookies and was able to make another 
   test submission.

 * So I checked my site today, and its safe to say at this point that its been at
   least 3 hours. However my sites feed has still not updated. What could be causing
   issues?

 * Great thanks, I thought it was going to be on page refresh but 3 hours definitely
   works. If you know off the top of your head how to change the timing of the cache
   refresh let me know. If not its fine that was all the answer I needed. Thanks!
