Unfortunately, I was unaware that the pro version was a requirement. Regarding the server, I believe Siteground is configured to work with Nginx and Apache but uses Linux Fedora 29 servers. Ngnix was already disabled in Siteground settings so is there anything I need to do/configure to get the Super Pache Cache static caching rule working?
