Why outstanding?
We double purchased a license and had been refunded very easy and quickly.
Questions where also answered quickly.
For our needs we asked for an adjustment to be able to use some simple tags for the message templates too. I could try it out at the same day and those adjustments will be in the next update. What left to say?
