It’s a bit unclear in my opinion. Yes I had a tinker and that fixed it. So thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I’m not a WordPress expert so sometimes looking behind the scenes for these errors isn’t the first thing that springs to mind. I thought if I did login it would remove the limitation of downloading reviews every 10 days. The plugin is saying I can only update reviews in 5 days. It was six days yesterday of course. * even though I’m connected to my account, below the greyed out button it’s prompting me to sign up for an account. It was happening a few months ago and I wrote to the company and told them. They updated the plugin and it worked again. I found your post while I was trying to figure out what had happened. * I got onto one.com and the support was able to log in to my dashboard but I couldn’t. * I think I have the solution. I went into my router and changed the dns settings. I had them set for the google dns server.
