 * Have contacted the host – so waiting on that.
    Tim S, if you were able to access
   my dashboard why cant I? surely there is something simple going wrong – maybe
   I should stick to interior design 🙁

 * yes – just checked again.
    site itself is fine, but when I log on I see a completely
   blank screen.

    thanks for your help – cannot access the site via ftp – its saying it may
   be temporarily down. I would be delighted to try any other suggestions!
