 * What exactly didn’t work? I’m still running it on my blog, which is on WordPress
   2.7 and it works fine. I also just tried it on another blog (again, running 2.7)
   and it works fine on there also. All I can say without knowing further details
   is to make sure you have the appropriate checkbox checked if you want it to randomize
   everywhere your theme has a bloginfo(‘description’) tag. Otherwise you have to
   modify your theme and add get_random_tagline() wherever you want a random line
   to show up.
    Also, please do not give your fellow users’ plugins bad ratings 
   just because you don’t know how to use them properly, or at least without giving
   a better description other than “it doesn’t work”.
