 * Hi [@woosms](https://wordpress.org/support/users/woosms/) ,
    I have the same
   needs as fitnessmagnet, but with a different scenario. Firs of all, I don’t use
   any plugin, it’s a custom functionality written by me, so it’s easy to modify
   something, if needed. So the point is: when a client make a new order, I want
   to send him/her a sms with confirmation link, generated by me. And when he/she
   click on confirmation link over his/her phone, it leads to a custom page, that
   change order status to “confirmed”. I store this link as custom field in the
   order.
 * So is it possible to have two new variables, lets say “confirm_url” and “shorten_url”
   to be able to use them in template “New order”? And what kind of information
   you need to help me?
 * Best regards,
    Ivan Filipov
