 * I want to do something similar. I have a Smart Slider where my header image should
   go in on my front page, but there is a lot of excess space around it. I’d like
   to make it smaller or get rid of it entirely while still preserving the slider
   and the stock header image settings on the rest of my site. I tried using the
   code above, but it left my front page unchanged and made the header images smaller
   across the rest of my pages.
 * [This](https://widgetwatch.fidgets2widgets.com/)is my site.

 * I want to do the same thing essentially, but is it possible to make the changes
   only apply to the front page. I’m trying to use the CSS you reccommended above
   to reduce the space around the slider I’ve placed in place of a header image
   using the Smart Slider plugin. The CSS you provided made the homepage and its
   slider look just how I want, but it also reduced the header image space for the
   rest of my pages, which I don’t want. Suggestions?
