   out but the just seem to have the live chat available on the bottom right hand
   side of the page. I want something more similar the the example website I linked
   to where there is a pop up window as soon as a visitor arrives on the page.

 * Hmm I’m not sure, I’ll have to check. When I go into the theme customizer mode
   it works…so strange

 * Alright so I uninstalled the plugin then just deleted that line of code and the
   warning is gone now, thanks!.

 * Thanks [@respectyoda](https://wordpress.org/support/users/respectyoda/). The 
   theme I’m using actually allows you to put in your own custom css in their theme
   options section.

   just needed to add !important to it and now it works
