   apparently bought .org instead…
 * When I moved the directories from .com to .org **bingo**
 * Thanks for your help. I’m checking into ‘the home’ now…

 * **Thanks for the quick reply, Mark!** Using **_cPanel_** I created a new subdomain
   where I installed WordPress, but when complete, I now get:
 * **_This webpage is not available_**
 * The server at [http://www.wisper.mtvernon.com](http://www.wisper.mtvernon.com)
   can’t be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the network service that
   translates a website’s name to its Internet address. This error is most often
   caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It
   can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google
   Chrome from accessing the network.

 * Most of the original issues are due to the site and WordPress being set up on
   the clients ISP server.
 * Rather than try and backtrack to identify and correct each change, I am simply
   going to rebuild the site on my HD and upload through WAMP using traditional
   methods.
 * _Thanks cubecolour!_
