 * Right. It’s just mystifying as to why Facebook would apply those alleged “privacy
   protection measures” on mobile phones specifically. Don’t tablet and desktop
   users deserve the same kind of supposed protection? Haha.
 * Even when I’m on the mobile phone, and activate the Desktop mode in the browser,
   Facebook’s Like box promptly appears. Back to regular mobile mode, and the Like
   box immediately disappears. (In your plugin – in other plugins, a nasty-looking
   empty window with an error message about m.facebook.com being unable to connect
   pops up.) It makes zero sense.
 * I’ve just persuaded our school’s management to purchase your plug-in, so we’re
   going to subscribe. Thank you for all your help.

 * Thank you, Spencer. Working fine now. For my most recent attempt, I followed
   a different, external webpage that said how the YouTube API key can be created,
   and it worked fine that way. Maybe it would have the first time around with your
   help page, too, but I misunderstood that separate feeds need to be created for
   the Facebook feed and for the YouTube feed – there may have been some interference
   there.
 * Your help page on how to create the YouTube API key is from early 2023, and it
   looks like Google has changed a few things in the meantime. There’s that new
   OAuth section, but it looks like it can be safely ignored while setting up the
   API key.
 * By the way, one thing that doesn’t work with the _Facebook_ feed is that the “
   Like box” is never displayed on mobile phones – only on desktops and tablets.
   Are you aware of that? Facebook has recently started totally blocking the display
   of the “Like box” on mobile phones, for some reason… But at least your FTS feed
   doesn’t display any empty subwindow with an error message instead of the “Like
   box”, like other Facebook feed plugins do that we tested. Well, I guess we can
   live without the “Like box” on mobile phones, if Facebook decided to make it
   totally impossible to access in any way there.

 * The developer promptly replied to me via email, saying they would be willing
   to modify the code for me after I purchase the Pro version of the theme. So,
   it’s likely I’ll be purchasing the theme later on.
 * Thank you!

 * Thank you very much for your assistance! It must have been the server-side cache
   that was interfering. It took an entire day or so after my previous reply above,
   but afterwards, the form again started working properly. Thank you again!

 * Hi,
 * Thank you for your help but, unfortunately, this has not resolved the issue.
   🙁 If you wish, I could create a temporary admin account for you to verify the
   settings, but they are as shown in the screenshot, and the form still does not
   appear, and the page continues freezing. Some browsers (Firefox, SeaMonkey…)
   generate error messages saying: “A script is slowing down your webpage, do you
   wish to stop it?”
 * I made the change, based on your screenshot, many hours ago, giving the issue
   time to resolve itself, but so far, it has not. Very occasionally and briefly(
   just like on Saturday for one event attendee), the form may appear as it should,
   but if you, right there, open an incognito window in the same browser and try
   to open the page there, the form again does not appear, and the page freezes.
   Switching between “classic” and “direct” form loading options does not help.
 * It’s mystifying because for the first 7 days or so, the plugin was working just
   wonderfully, the webpage with the form was loading blazingly fast every time.
   Suddenly after about 7 days, everything collapsed.
 * Thank you for any further help that you might provide!
    Alex

 * Hi,
 * An update: earlier on Saturday afternoon, we received a single email notification
   about a successful booking, so apparently the form came back up online briefly.
   However, most of the time when we check the webpage, the form simply isn’t there,
   and the page freezes as described. Normally, we’d be getting dozens of bookings
   daily, or at least several bookings per day, because our April 8-9 event is getting
   closer and we expect a three-digit amount of guests to attend.
 * Any help from you will be appreciated! Right now, we’re extremely disappointed,
   because it appears that this plugin cannot really be relied on to do serious
   business. We’ve collected 44 bookings so far, but what about the dozens of other
   attendees?
 * If there’s any remedy, please let us know. Switching from direct to classic form
   injection method, or back, does _not_ help.
 * Thank you,
    Alex

 * Hi,
 * You do that among settings for each individual calendar. There is section 3 there,“
   Notification Emails”, and you can input any target email address there, even
   several email addresses.
 * (That worked fine for us. However, our own form, after successfully collecting
   dozens of bookings for about a week, suddenly stopped appearing on our webpage
   completely, so we’re very unhappy & frustrated right now. See [our thread](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/form-has-stopped-appearing-completely-page-freezes).)

 * Ah, sorry about that! I visited the Devhats site and thought I saw some Berlin

 * Many thanks, Pixelbart, that’s just great! Here is a [**screenshot**](https://ave.click/helpful)
   showing how I ended up designing it.
 * The code for that, in case anyone else would like to use something similar:
 *     ```
       <div style="text-align: center;"><em><span style="font-size: 0.8em;">You have already voted for this review.</span></em>
       <span style="font-size: 0.8em;"><em>The current score (</em>helpful<em> vs. </em>not helpful<em>) is:</em></span></div>
       <div style="text-align: center; margin-top: 0;"><b><span style="font-size: 2.0em;"><span style="background: green; color: white;"> {pro} </span> — <span style="background: crimson; color: white;"> {contra} </span></span></b></div>
       ```
 * Oh, and one more English grammar correction suggestion, which I happened to notice
   while fiddling with the settings. Instead of:
 * `These option is useful by using the shortcode ([helpful]).`
 * … it could be something like:
 * `This option is useful when using the shortcode [helpful].`
 * Vielen Dank nach Berlin! 🙂
 * Thank you very much. Well, if at least the vote count after voting is displayed,
   that will be good enough for me.
 * (GDPR is an extreme annoyance and something the EU should be ashamed of – I’m
   ashamed of our EU bureaucrats as an EU citizen – but I suppose there’s nothing
   we can do about that.)
