    Hello Dougal,

Thanks for the details. We will see how we can help.

We don’t have any other users experiencing similar problems that I’m aware of right now. So the first place to start is to make sure the other softwware on your site is not somehow causing interference. A new plugin, or an update, could be causing a conflict.

To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.

    1. First please deactivate all plugins except Optin Cat and see if the issue persists.
    2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one, testing after each to see if the issue returns.
    3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.

    Head here for detailed instructions:

Let us know your results, and we will go from there.

    Hello again,

Ah, sorry fir the confusion. When I first inspected the forms, I wasn’t seeing any of our classes or ID in the body, so it looked like someone elses form.

I took a closer look and do see its one of our forms when I inspected the actual input feild.

This is an issue we’ve seen before, but thought we had patched quite a while ago. Can you please let me know what version you are on, and update the plugin, if it does not show as fully updated?

If the issue is occurring on the most recent version, we’ll want to test a for a few possibilities.

First, I’d like you to create an unaltered test from, and publish it on a new page/post. Check to see if the new form has the same issue. While it seems unlikely, I want to be sure the CSS modifications aren’t somehow causing the issue.

If the issue persists on the new form, we’ll want to test and see if the our plugin is conflicting with your theme, or another plugin.

    Head here for detailed instructions:
    https://fatcatapps.com/knowledge-base/search-for-conflicts/

Let us know if you find a conflict with a specific plugin/theme. If so, please let us know where we can also get a copy of it. Once we can inspect the conflict locally we can look at making a possible compatibility patch.

Let us know your results, and we will go from there.

    Regards.

    Hello there,

Sorry, but that form is not created with “GetResponse Forms by Optin Cat”.

I do not even see our plugin loading on your site. You must have used another plugin, or your theme, to create this optin form.

As such you will need to reach out to the authors of the software that is actually creating this form, for further assistance. Best of luck!

    Hello there,

    Thanks for chiming in Autoptimize!

We agree with them, we’ve seen this before, and the issue can usually be resolved. Once you isolate if it’s a JS or CSS optimization issue, please let us know if you need any help identifying which files to tell Autoptimize to ignore, as we have multiple.

Hope that goes well, and you enjoy using Optin Cat.

    Regards.

    Hello Conysand.

    Thanks for reaching out.

Please make sure to do a force refresh on the page containing the Optin Form, so you are seeing the most up to date version.

(CTRL+F5 for Windows, CMD+Shift+R for Apple)

If you still don’t see the checkbox, make sure to see if you have “Only show checkbox if subscriber’s browser registers to the EU” enabled.

If that is turned on you will only see the checkbox if accessing the site from within the EU. This can also be interrupted if using a VPN.

Let us know if we can be of further assistance.

    Hello jemalone,

Sorry to hear you are having issue with our plugin. This is not normal.

Can you please double check your Email Provider integration settings, as well as your list settings?

First please check that integration is setup still, and that you have a check mark next to authorization information in Optin Cat, and have a list selected. It may also be worth it to reset your API key, and provide Optin Cat the new key.

If the issue persists, please check your list settings within your provider. I Inspected you site, and the network reporting tells me that we are successfully contacting your provider, but they are denying the subscriber information for some reason.

So make sure you have not reached any size limitations with your provider, are set to accept new subscribers, and do not have any fields marked as required for this list. If anything other than name and email is marked as required it will deny the subscriber info.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please get back to us with some additional details and we will continue to investigate. Let us know what provider you are using, and if this issue is for all forms, or just this one.

    Hello Inked_koi.

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately this is not possible with Easy Pricing Tables.

The only way to deploy the table that we currently offer is via the shortcode. Shortcodes should work for any WordPress site though. If not we don’t offer any other publishing options.

Let us know if we can help with anything else.

    Hello Petroc,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Locker Cat was bit of a pet project. We are aware the lock can be bypassed by closing the window. However the majority of viewers are not going to assume this, and proceed with the share.

We created Locker Cat with the intention of it getting more interest, and us eventually building a better version, that would verify the shares first, and eventually a premium version as well.

Unfortunately it has not gotten a lot of attention, and we don not feel it’s worth putting more development work into.

We still want to leave it available for people. And we will continue to update it with bug fixes, and compatibility patches if needed. But for now the plugin is “as is”.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hello there,

Thanks for reaching out. However there seems to be some confusion.

We are Fatcat Apps, the producers of Easy Pricing Tables. We are not a part of Ninja Forms, nor does Easy Pricing Tables integrate with any of their software currently. Sorry for any confusion.

As such Easy Pricing Tables does not have any way to import table data from Ninja Tables, or Google Sheets. All your pricing tables are created using our editor. Its super easy to use, and you can copy/paste things into the editor though.

Try us out, and let us know if you have any other questions.

    Regards.

    Hello there,

Thanks for reaching out. Let’s see what we can do.

Currently there is no way to move the price feild to the bottom of the tables. That is not a feature in our free or premium versions.

With Easy Pricing Tables Premium, you can disable the buttons. We have a feature to hide the call to action row, which does just that. It is available on certain layouts that you get when upgrading to Premium.

Hope that helps. Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Pixel Caffeine is not our plugin, so you may want to file a ticket with their support instead, as this involves modifying their plugins normal behavior. We do not know if the above code will work, or what about their plugin could prevent it from working.

Pixel Cat will automatically setup the standard events ‘PageView’ and ‘SubscribedButtonCLick’, which will include the ‘Pixel Location’ parameter. That will provide you with the URL where the event was triggered, so you can differentiate which post was viewed that way. I believe this will be standard for almost any pixel plugin.

Pixel Cat also comes with the ability to add custom events. When creating custom events, you can add and define any parameters you wish, so you could add the post ID’s to your custom events that way.

Hope that helps. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

    Hello there,

Thanks for reaching out. It is indeed.

You can add as many columns as you like to our tables. They will do their best to fit wherever you place them.

We do sometimes start to see issues with the tables not fitting very well at 5 or more columns. But this will be dependent on how much width your theme gives the content areas.

To circumvent this issue, a lot of users either set the width for particular pages to be higher, or create 2 tables, publishing 1 right below the other. Hopefully that won’t even be neccessarry though.

Let us know if we can help with anything else.

    Hello again,

Ok. I’m glad to announce we got an update out late yesterday. We had a bit of a delay when we reached the testing stage.

But that’s cleared up, and we released after the weekend. So please update your copy of Optin Cat, and let us know how things go!

And of course let us know if you notice anything else, or have any suggestions.

    Regards
