 * Hi!
    I’m using the free version of Smart Forms and I have the same issue. I tried
   many times with different accounts, but no entries. I get emails titled as “Form
   Submitted” which sender is WordPress and receiver is my primary email in website.
   I checked configuration of Smart Form > After Submit, there’s not such an option
   as “to not save the information in the database”. I have the following options
   only: * Send notification email * Redirect * Show alert message * Don’t clear
   the form after submission.
 * Any kind help is highly appreciated.
    Regards, Momo
