In reply to: [WriteShare Writing Community Platform] Write page causes loginI have BuddyPress installed here:
http://www.ws.wpwriteshare.com/fanfic/
and am not experiencing the re-direct. I expect it’s a plugin conflict. Please try disabling other plugins – or set up a demo site with just WriteShare – to determine where the conflict is.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WriteShare Writing Community Platform] Editting the formSorry, but the developer working on the plugin is no longer available, so I cannot easily get an answer.

In reply to: [WriteShare Writing Community Platform] Plugin Conflict [Please]I’m sorry there is a plugin conflict with Ultimate Member. At this point, we are unable to make any changes to address this.
Sorry, I’m not aware of a way to do this without custom coding.

There is no one theme. As I stated, I’ve used dozens of themes including the free ones that come with WordPress installations.

In reply to: [WriteShare Writing Community Platform] Need to fix my posting formI suspect you’ll need to limit the width via Elementor. I’m not familiar with Elementor, so I’m sorry I can’t point you in the direction.
Perhaps use another theme?
Beautiful graphic on your front page!
Within the plugin, no there is not.
It might be worth checking out content restriction plugins to see if you can find one that works with Custom Post Types. That’s what WriteShare is…CPT. You might find a plugin that will work with a Custom Post Type that will restrict by rating. If you do, please share what you found.
Thank you.I’ve used it on dozens of themes: commercial free, commercial paid, and free from WordPress. There are literally tens of thousands of themes available. The only one I’ve run into issues with is Divi.

In reply to: [WriteShare Writing Community Platform] Love The Idea, But It’s Not WorkingIt very well may be Divi.
Have you tried another theme?
I’ve got the plugin on many sites, and it works perfectly, so it is likely a theme or plugin conflict. Divi is painfully bloated and slow. You can tell that in part by how long it takes your site to load. There are many, many good builders out there to use as alternatives.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WriteShare Writing Community Platform] Migration from eFictionNot to our knowledge. We have another person who is also interested in a migration script from efiction > WriteShare. We’re not going to be able to provide this for free as it’s going to take some development, but perhaps if a few people need it, we can crowd source the developer’s cost?
