 * Thanks for having a look! But as we said, it is not urgent in any way. Everything
   still works, but just displays wrongly on that page. Few people will ever see
   it!

 * I apologise. That was my fault for not reading your instructions carefully enough.
   It was the .htaccess file.

 * It could be a permissions thing. I am only running this on a test server using
   XAMPP at the moment. I will not have a live site up until the first week of August.
 * I have tried different format avatars (jpg, gif) in different sizes, right down
   to 48px, and none are showing up, although they are all fine in phpBB.
 * I will try messing around with the permissions on the test box and let you know.
   Otherwise, we shall have to wait for August.
 * Thanks for all your work. The plugin works fine otherwise.
