Yes, I’m using Cache Enabler plugin.
I’ve added /(\?amp(=.*))|\/amp\/?(\?.*)?$/
in Cache Enabler exclusion and now i have valid AMP page on /amp.
I’ll fallow this issue on github 🙂

Yes, my theme has amp directory.
There is no add_theme_support('amp'…)
in my theme or child theme functions.php
Mam dokładnie ten sam problem, ale z inną wtyczką.
