 * No. The issue is still happening and I don’t have a resolution yet.

 * I have tried it in Safari and in Chrome
    On OS X 10.9.5 and now OS X 10.10
 * and windows 7
 * I need to be able to use themes…this is a business account

 * I have now tried it on a Windows 7 computer and an iMac. Not able to install 
   themes on either…and on BOTH BLOGS
