 * I did a work around by removing the Syndication widget and manually adding the
   feed links in a text widget. It works now.

 * This seems to only be a problem with the Syndication widget; the regular feed
   URLs work fine. I guess the widget doesn’t like it when the WP URL and the Site
   URL are different.
