 * this problem came when I upgraded WordPress, nothing changed just feature images
   vanished, I have gone through the setting three times before I contacted you 
   for support

   image

 * nope the box doesn’t appear and images were gone we never changed any setting,
   went to go prblem solve and that box just doesn’t appear, not inserted featured
   images anymore

 * It stoped working when I installed the new version of WordPress, the older version
   was 4.9 and the same version of the plugin as above
