that was it, i had tried to upgrade the PHP memory myself but it didn’t work. My host has upped it to 64mb and i now have a blog to work on, cheers for the support!

I have also done a ‘test.php’ on my server and it works fine!

My ISP is NOW Broadband in Hong Kong. It can’t be that as my internet is on 24/7 and works fine with all other things.
My webserver (ipowerweb) has these installed acording to my control panel (cpanel 5)
PHP Version 4.4.2
Mysql Version 4.0.22-standard
any light on the issue?
