 * Unfortunately after following their instructions I still had some trouble. I 
   just opened another thread on the forum but maybe you can assist?
 * We are using Ultimate Member plugin ([https://ultimatemember.com/](https://ultimatemember.com/)).
   I would like to import many members using content from a spreadsheet. I exported
   a member which I entered in manually via Ultimate Member registration and then
   filled out a test import member using all of the same fields. When I import the
   member only the First Name, Last Name, and Email come through. The test user 
   can not log into the site after import either. Any instruction on what could 
   be going wrong here?

 * Thanks so much for your response here. I’ll take that first step at exporting
   a user and seeing what the serialized data looks like!

 * Hi Jerry,
 * I’m reaching out because it looks like you had a very successful import of users
   to Ultimate Member. Would you be able to give us some more detail about the column
   titles you used? We set up a spreadsheet and used the Ultimate Member meta-keys
   as column titles but the data is not transferring over to the Ultimate Member
   plugin. We are only having success importing a username, email, first name, last
   name, role, and the user is successfully an approved status. Let me know if you
   could share some more information about how you did this successfully, thanks!
