 * I have more than one blog, albeit on the same server, but different domains.
 * So far I’ve installed on three blogs.
 * One worked fine, the other two didn’t.
 * I couldn’t get the Visual editor to work at all, either in Firefox 2.0.12 or
   Firefox 3b3.
 * Trying IE8 there was no title box, and no editor tabs whatsoever. IE7 gave me
non-visual editor, as in Firefox. Things not working in IE never surprises me
anyway, as it’s a pretty dysfunctional non compliant browser in all versions.
 * Anyway, the fix I found was to completely delete the tinymce directory which
is located at /wp-includes/js/tinymce and re-upload it. That got the visual editor
working 100% for me, on both sites, in Firefox 2 and 3. (windows and linux) IE7
seems to work ok, and IE8 beta 1 even too, although it makes a huge title box.

 * I wish I could offer help, But I am experiencing the same thing.
 * Download a widget. FTP to my server. It shows up in the remote window ok. Doesn’t
show up in plug-ins so can’t activate them, and of course, doesn’t show up in
   new widgets section either.
 * I’ve remotely deleted some widgets I’m not using, and they STILL show up in the
   plug-in section however.
 * This is occurring on two or three blogs I have set up, not just on one.

 * I’ve gotten the timezone set at -5 (I’m east coast US). When I post it displays
the correct time, but says I’m MST, when in fact I’m EST – two zones nearer UTC.
 * Posting in HERE I notice that it’s set at UTC, giving me a time of 20:11 when
   it’s actually 15:11 here now

 * I was wondering, and what the difference was between an author and a user, and
ow to increase a user’s levels.
 * Only been running WP for a ew days, but it’s so much easier that Movable Type,
I got fed up tryingto configure the templates in that. I can do it, but I want
something I can run ‘out of the box’ quicker than MT.
